I have to say it's really good to be home again! After an 18 hour journey, I finally made it back to the good old USA! It was cool and funny to see how much the kids (and my trees and shrubs!!) have grown! Josh is now taller than me and has a deeeep voice, but he's still my teddy bear. Saturday was spent helping decorate for the Christmas Feast, and trying to recover from a lingering head cold and cough. (I think I'm finally beating it!!) Yesterday we had our Christmas Feast and it was so nice to see everyone again, and Madison for the first time! She's such a sweetheart and we were friends right away!

Ben was an awesome stand-in conductor for the choir!! You ROCK, Ben!!

The cute Jack-in-the-boxes

...and toy soldiers. Loved the outfits!

Megan and Derek played a song together with Ed. They've been taking lessons at school.

You're awesome, Meg!

Madison found a good toy!

Daniel, Kris and Madison

After the feast and clean-up, we had several (older) girls over to our place for Chinese food (YUM), and later wine, cheese and truffles. It was really nice and relaxing, especially for those who were working so hard to get everything ready for the feast. Thanks for a really good evening!
Today: First on my to-do list is get my license renewed so I can drive again!! It expired while I was away but I was happy to hear that the late renewal fee is only $1.49. After that expense, I'll be sure to never let it happen again!! After that, I'm off to do some Christmas shopping and we'll see where we end up after that! Feliz Navidad!
Lol. It seems funny to check your blog while you are in the same house as me, but I still like to see your pictures! =) It is AWSOME to have you home and I am so looking forward to our day together on Thursday! =)
