Three days

Sweetheart Zachary - I had to post these even though they turned out a little blurry!

Thanks for all the birthday wishes! I had a really nice weekend and went shopping, ate out at a nice steakhouse and tried creme brulee for the first time (yum!), had something a little stiffer than saft (juice), hung out at Sarah's with her and her cute, little boys, made more Christmas cards (VIEW HERE)and just relaxed. My dad told me that I should celebrate for 2 days, but why stop at 2 when you can have 3?! Today it was meringue ice cream cake with the kitchen team in House 33. It was a very good cake and even better friends! I am so lucky to have so many good, good friends! I also have to brag on my kitchen team a little bit. We've gotten new stainless steel work tables in the kitchen and kicked the peeling wooden ones to the curb, which makes a huge difference with the atmosphere of the place and makes you so much more motivated to keep the place clean and organized. The hygiene and food safety inspector who comes weekly told me that at the moment, House 33 is the most clean, organized and hygienic food prep place at Brunstad, and that she's going to go tell everyone to come look at House 33 to see how a kitchen should look! That was an awesome birthday present! Three cheers for a great kitchen team!!
