Happy Birthday to my wonderful sisters, Kris (today), Maria (last Sat) and Abbie (tomorrow). You guys are such a special part of my life and I am SO LUCKY that I get to have you for sisters! I miss you more than you know and I am looking forward to being home and celebrating with you guys next year!! xoxo Today: The wind is howling outside and it. is. snowing!! Wait. It can't snow! I haven't made apple cider yet...! Ok, add that to my must-do list this week! And next week's to-do list includes starting to train up my replacement! Stephen Oommen (cousin to the Oommens in Ottowa) will be taking over for me sometime after New Year. He just got his masters degree in food management (in France). It's so cool how everything is falling into place and how at every step there is another confirmation that it's the right time. I am really getting excited to be going home now and starting that part of my life again! I'm hoping that it works out to travel a bit before I cross the pond but we'll see how it all works out. Right now, sleep is on the top of the must-do list and I'm off to hopefully catch more than the 5 hours I got last night. Cheerio!
