Hi Monday. Hello May! This picture was taken last weekend and I just LOVE IT! Good times + good friends! It was a good, but busy, week with a lot of the usual stuff going on. Over the weekend Stephen Oommen had planned to make an Indian dinner for A-lag which was turned into a mini-feast/Indian evening. He made chicken biryani which everyone loved! Thank you! It was a fun evening and in the second half, we had a question and answer session with Gershon which was really good. The topic was "who will be in the Bride and what is the body of Christ?". It was a really good and encouraging discussion. We definitely have a lot to fight for!
Today: Happy 35th Anniversary to my awesome parents! Thanks for everything over the years! Funny how Monday is always such a killer, but we made it through the day! We have choir practice three times this week and every evening next week, preparing for the 17th of May youth song competition next weekend (which we will win!). It's a really cool arrangement and I'm really looking forward to hearing it all come together! Btw, I'm going to be looking for renters for my house back home as the girls have decided to look for a smaller place with less maintenance, so if you know of anyone, let me know! It will be available the first of June. Cheers!
I just had chicken curry with Roshini tonight. YUM! =) Choir sounds like a lot of fun! Hope you win.
Hehe, you doubt?? :D It is fun and nice to be doing choir again, even though it takes up so much time! I wake up every morning with the alto part going through my brain. haha.
yesterday WAS indeed a Monday ALL day. We got back from a 8-1/2 hr trip home from Victory at about 10:30 Sunday night and I was shot. Hehe, the longest (and minus getting car sick) the nicest trip home from Victory I've had in a while. : ) Couldn't have asked for better travel companions. Rode with James, Roshini, Mark, Jude, Tina & Isaac. Quite the full van... Indian food sounds fantastic about now even though it is 8:15 in the morning. Weird... hey, Stephen Ooman looks like a Falcao somehow. If you hadn't put a name to him I would have thought he was one.
