love life.

I've gotten several comments and questions from people over the past year (some rather humorous) regarding the name of my blog. When I was setting everything up and trying to come up with a name, this verse kept coming to me over and over, "He who would love life...". Love life. It stuck in my head and eventually on my blog. We only have one life. One chance to make the most of our short time here. It's so simple, really, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that we are the most fortunate people on the earth. Loving life has nothing to do with who I am, where I live, my age, how much money I have, etc. It has only to do with completely giving myself to God to do His will - hating evil and loving the good. Simple. Love life.
Today: Sarah, Halvor and Quentin stopped by my apartment after the meeting for lunch (pizza!!) and for Quentin to catch a few zzz's. Quentin was being a ham, as usual, and found my air-traffic-controller-skype-headphones to play with. Thanks for the lovely visit! I am super excited to have Angela coming for the summer, IN 3 WEEKS!! Can't wait!! After she leaves in August, it will only be a few weeks until I head that way myself for Maria and Isaac's wedding, so I have a feeling the summer will go by very fast indeed! If this weekend was any indication of the kind of weather for this summer, it will be a warm 80 degrees and absolutely gorgeous! Now if only there were a proper beach here...!!

I am sitting here with Angie( at my house) and she just told me she would be going to Norway this summer!! Yea! It is such a cool opportunity. I was surprised to see another update so fast.

Hey, well I got both updates at once. Somehow even though I am down to minimal hour weeks, I still don't have time to post. Hmm, one of these days I will again, but anyways... Cool updates. Wish they would have showed a clip of A-lags song on the Brunstad News. Bring a cd back with you if they make one so we can here it. I've about worn out last years. : ) Seems like SO long since last summer with you. Can't wait til you come. Let me know when you get a ticket. Maybe if I don't have work I can come pick you up. :)
