Only Thankful

I'm finally getting around to finishing this post that was started several days ago! Thanksgiving dinner went really well and it was by far the smoothest and best turkey dinner so far, despite not finding any more pumpkin and a near miss on the sweet potatoes that were delivered at 14:00 with dinner at 17:00. (gasp) The cooks did themselves proud and the turkeys served on the tables this year were a huge hit! Gershon gave a little "last Thanksgiving dinner" speech but I'm leaving all the recipes so they can have it every year! - Only thankful = only happy! Today: Our A-lag Christmas feast is in one week today!! We are having it at Tønsberg's meeting hall since the hall here is in use so the logistics with food is pretty fun. I think everything is under control, though, and everyone is looking forward to a good and fun evening. Kjøre på!!
