A trial run - only the ones for the feast will have a fresh strawberry sauce instead of the chocolate drizzle. Chocolate sauce will be served optional. If the rate that the broken bowls were consumed is any indication, they were quite good! Of course, even the defective bowls had to be coated with chocolate! 

The feast is on the 15th, but Jane had already planned a trip to England on the 14th and 15th for everyone who works in BTR (Brunstad Training & Resources) and we already have our tickets booked. We (including Stephen and Jenni) leave on the morning of the 14th and arrive back at Torp at 4:30 p.m. on the 15th, and hopefully make it to the feast before it starts! So, we'll see how good we are at getting everything prepared beforehand and how good my team is at putting on a large goodbye feast for 350, alone! We're doing a fun, summer menu with BBQ chicken, roast lamb, potato, pasta and tossed salads, deviled eggs, garlic bread, tortilla pinwheels, etc., and will be eating outside on the plaza, providing it's good weather.

Nothing like a little challenge, just to keep things interesting! 

Oh yeah, we're up for it!
