This is how I've experienced it, not least here on A-lag. I feel like from the little that I've given here that I've gained ever so much more in return! I'll definitely be returning home a much richer person than when I left - in friends, memories and life in general! Sometimes it's the simple things that are easy to take for granted, like a smile or a good word, that mean the most! I remember Kåre saying that those who gave always had enough to give, monetarily and otherwise, and that if I find I don't have much (money), perhaps it's because I haven't given enough. Likewise, if I find a lack of joy, perhaps it's because I haven't been giving enough away!
