Hydrate

Hydrate! That's what I keep telling Florina, and everyone else working in the kitchen, while downing my 3 liters. It is officially HOT and when the ventilation doesn't work, there is no breeze, the ovens and dishwashers are on and the temp is in the mid 80's, you begin to feel a bit amphibious and gravitate toward the water and shade! It's been really cool to have Angela here. Yesterday she helped Haike with inventory in the storage room and today they are going to tackle the refrigerators and freezer! Funny how that job is so much more appealing in the summertime! Fifteen fruit smoothies coming up!
